These collections will last while we have sufficient stock. The daylily is a member of the lily family Liliaceae and the genus Hemerocallis. Daylilies are native to the countries of Japan, Siberia, Korea, China, and Eurasia. In the early 1930s, hybridizers in the United States and England began to work with the wild daylilies to produce different colors and flower shapes. Today, there is a wide range of colors, including near white, cream, creamy yellow, lemon-yellow, golden-yellow, orange, apricot, pink, rose, scarlet, wine red, red-violet, purple, and many combinations of those. Modern daylilies display a complex variety of special features such as eyes, watermarks, halos, picotee edges, and diamond dusting. Click here to see our catalog.
